Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is the best boutique hotel in Nairobi that blends the elegance of gracious living with the spirit of modern Africa. Nearly a decade ago we opened our home to our first guests, hoping to provide them with an experience that felt most like home. Today, our promise is to give you an intimate luxury experience in your home away from home. We opened our doors in 2015, with the dream of creating a luxury experience within the comforts of a home. By 2019, demand had risen so high that we needed to build our 20 room annex, which allowed us to expand into our luxury annex, which houses our iconic Honeymoon Suites as well as our private Suites.

Each of our individualized rooms has its own unique character: whether it’s our standalone, self-contained cabin or one of our luxurious self-contained Suites, some of which come with a complete kitchen and living room, in addition to our crafted beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Our Vision

Fair Acres Boutique Hotel was the brainchild of an enterprising entrepreneur whose dream to create a unique hotel chain that focused on making sure guests felt they were in a warm and homely environment.

From one room in 2015 to over 20 currently, the Fair Acres experience promises an intimate retreat that brings to life the distinctive feeling of being a home away from home.

Our Suites

Framed by tropical gardens and scenic vistas, our Suites blend perfectly into the unique landscape of Karen, one of the most historic yet modernistic neighbourhoods in Kenya. Our commitment to ensuring that our guests receive a homely yet luxurious experience

extends to the design of our sumptuous suites, which are crafted from the finest Kenyan sourced materials.

Bathed in breathtaking natural light, our Suites take advantage of the favourable Kenyan climate to envelop our guests in spaces that are comfortable throughout the various seasons. Our individualized Suites draw from the rich African palette to create a contemporary

interpretation of minimalistic luxury.

We have sourced all our materials locally, and our buildings emerge from the landscape in materials like warm mahogany, polished cement, classy marble, and natural stone to pay tribute to our hope in Africa’s future. We have designed each Suite with the guest in mind, with each promising a unique experience designed for comfort.
