A deposit of 80% of the quoted prices shall be paid upon confirmation in order to guarantee the bookings (2).The remaining 20% shall be paid at least 05 days prior to the convention of the event (3).Any extras incurred during the conference shall be paid prior to check out (4). List of participants is mandatory prior to group’s arrival at the hotel CANCELATION POLICY: i.For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 15 –07 days from noon on the date of Check in -50% of the rate applicable per room night cancelled shall be charged. ii.In case of cancellation less than 07 days from noon on the date of check in, or in case of Noshow –100% of the net value of the booking shall be charged. iii.Cancellation or reduction in number once an LPO / LSO is issued will attract similar charges as spelled out in clause (i) and (ii) above
Property description
Sawela Lodges is located on the shores of Lake Naivasha. There is a restaurant and bar and guests can have fun at the water park. Mount Longonot is a 35-minute drive away.
The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, private bathroom and mosquito nets.
The restaurant serves local and international cuisine. Sawela Lodges also includes an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. Meeting and conference facilities are available.
Hell’s Gate National Park is 36 km away. The nearest airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, 100 km from the property.
